1. About the Services
Welcome to PURE ('Website'). The Website provides access to PURE, an AI-powered professional consultation platform covering legal, finance, insurance, tax, and labour advisory services ('Services').
The Website and Services are operated by Brighton AI Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 692 023 135). These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users.
2. Definitions
- Services: all platforms and AI consultation features provided by PURE.
- User: any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
- Member: a User who has registered an account with the Company.
- AI Consultation: functionality using AI algorithms (including large language models) to analyse user questions and provide guidance in professional domains.
3. Nature of AI Consultation and Disclaimer
- General Information Only: the AI consultation provides general information for user convenience. It does not constitute professional advice from a licensed practitioner.
- Non-professional advice: information provided by the AI does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or any other professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
- Possibility of errors: large language models (LLMs) may generate inaccurate information (hallucinations). Users should verify important information independently.
- Disclaimer: the Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI consultation results.
4. Data Ownership and AI Training
- Data Licence: while Users retain ownership of their consultation content, the Company has a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use anonymised data for service improvement and AI model training.
- AI Training Consent: by using the Services, Users consent to their de-identified consultation data being used for AI model training and statistical analysis.
- Aggregate Data: the Company may publish anonymised, aggregate statistics derived from collected data.
5. User Obligations
- Users must not share, transfer, or lend their account credentials to others.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works from the Services is strictly prohibited.
- Users must not misrepresent AI consultation results as professional advice from a licensed practitioner.
6. Data Retention and Privacy Protection
- Collection of Personal Information: the Company collects personal information including name, email, phone number, and consultation records.
- Data Sovereignty: all data is stored on Google Cloud Platform.

7. General Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms limits any guarantees implied by the Australian Consumer Law. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
The Company is not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Services.
8. Force Majeure
If the Company is affected by a Force Majeure event, its obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event. The Company must remedy the situation with reasonable diligence.
If the Force Majeure event extends beyond 20 business days, the Company may terminate the affected Services.
9. Choice of Law
These Terms are governed by the Laws of Queensland, Australia.
